To remain a Non Government Organization committed to assisting or enabling sex-trade workers to access
and utilize community resources through our "free use" referral services.
Respecting the dignity and worth of all people by treating each person as a person rather than an object.
Mentors will actively work to understand the diverse socioeconomic status and backgrounds of our clients, and,
will not condone or engage in discrimination based on age, gender, disability, addictions, sexual orientation, culture,
religion. education or any of the labels considered as "different" from the "norm".
Our primary responsibility is to the individual directly receiving our services.
Mentors will recognize the boundaries of their competency and accept positions for which they are qualified by
training or experience.
